The Midlands consortium of chefs was formed in 2008 by trained chefs from around the Midlands.

The group of chefs are joined by friendship, a passion for cooking and success!

The aim of the group is to compete in all culinary competitions & charity fund raising events under one name without restriction or prejudice.

Established from Birmingham chefs working in restaurants, hotels, colleges & Cruise liners, the professional chefs will be representing the United Kingdom in future culinary competitions across the world.
